Job Description:
  • Solution/System Analyst required to Analyse the As-Is System and its interfaces
  • Identify and engage with Interfacing systems in terms of solution design and documenting the processes.
  • Translate elicited business requirements into user story format that is immediately usable for DevOps teams
  • Providing the Development team with solution design documents and specifications (User Stories and Test Cases)
  • Liaison between various Business and System Stakeholders.
  • Work as part of a DevOps team, apply analysis & testing tools, frameworks, techniques and practices to elicit, define and organize business requirements into user stories.
  • Following this analysis, work collaboratively within squads during design & delivery activity with a specific focus on testing.
  • Support and coordinate production implementation and hyper care monitoring activities
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and Company Policies and Policy Standards.
  • Understand and manage risks and risk events (incidents) relevant to the role.

SWIFT CBPR+ protocol implementation project which is an Industry project and has reputational implications for the bank in the international swift community as well as a requirement for Cloud AWS expertise.

Is by working as part of a DevOps team, leverage specialist analysis & testing tools, frameworks, techniques and practice to elicit, define and organize business requirements. Translate & document business requirements into user stories & specifications (Full Stack, Cross System) detailing integration points, business & associated risk / opportunities to be realized. And following this analysis, work collaboratively within squads during design & delivery activity including assuming responsibility for manual application testing processes, frameworks & outcomes..

Requirements:
  • Min 5 years Systems/ Solution Analyst experience
  • Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in Agile Methodology & working embedded within an Agile team / teams (ability to Define and write detailed User Stories)
  • Information Systems Analyst certification from Institute for the Certification of Computing Professionals (beneficial)
  • Banking domain experience essential
  • Expertise in Systems Design & Integration
  • Testing Certification (beneficial)
  • Process Mapping Techniques (data mapping)
  • Presentation Skills
  • Ability to write Java code (beneficial)
  • Strong SQL Skills
  • Strong knowledge of integration between systems (MQ, REST, SOAP, File)

General:

 A Mid-Tier Engineer who carries out their support function remotely, has a unique, yet critical role to play in our IT team. This position requires a variety of specialized skills and applied patience. A Mid-Tier Engineer, has a single place to work from, however is required to support multiple, different, and forever changing environments. Communication (both verbally and written) needs to be excellent, empathy, and the ability to manage expectations effectively are sought after characteristics. This function is 'fast paced' and often measured on the ability of an individual to work within a growing team of varied skill sets. A successful Mid-Tier Engineer will be well versed in the overall Microsoft stack.

  • Ability to manage End User frustrations effectively, and exercise the patience needed to communicate to End Users who may often be unhappy (without face to face interaction)

Job Description:

  • Provide initial troubleshooting steps to diagnose common End User problems and apply necessary resolutions 
  • Work independently or part of a growing team 
  • Provide consistent accurate communication to peers and Customers alike 
  • Active Directory skills and good working knowledge with Group Policies 
  • Understanding of O365 and mail related technologies 
  • Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills with proven methodology - must be able to troubleshoot problems telephonically with minimal assistance 
  • Excellent Desktop operating system knowledge and troubleshooting 
  • Create new Incidents in the HelpDesk Ticket System daily, Troubleshoot, and show descriptive steps taken to resolve
  • Be abreast of technology changes and be able to motivate technology changes to the Client where necessary 
  • Good understanding of WAN and LAN infrastructure's 
  • Ability to form customer relationships remotely 
  • Ability to write accurate and descriptive fault reports when required 
  • Ability to provide support to multiple Customer environments which often involve an ever-changing IT landscape 
  • Be prepared to perform overtime work and after hours support if required 
  • Required to go on Standby 
  • Ability to Configure and manage Wi-fi AP’s
