Client Overview:
| We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow
Implementation Architect for our client in the manufacturing/consumer goods
industry. As part of the Business Enablement Portfolio Program (BEP), you will
play a pivotal role in managing the implementation of the ServiceNow (SNOW)
platform, which is a critical component of the ongoing digital transformation
initiatives, which include: · SAP S/4hana. · SuccessFactors. · SDWAN Infrastructure. · SNOW

Position Overview: | Reporting to the Business Enablement Program Lead,
the ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for
overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM module. This
role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of IT
service management processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams and external implementation partners. |
Objective: | Provide IT Solution Architect services for projects
assigned to the Service Provider as fully set out in this Statement of Work.
|
Services: | Provide IT Solution Architect services/expertise for the
design and implementation of SNOW, owning the design, integration, functional
designs, engagements, and requisite solution changes to accommodate the new
integration flows in accordance with industry
accepted standards and principles.
|
Key Responsibilities:
| - Project Management: Lead the
implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM module, ensuring successful project
delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Utilize the ServiceNow
Implementation Methodology (SIM) to drive consistency and standardization
in project execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate
with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with
the client's digital transformation objectives.
- Vendor Partnership: Work closely with the
selected SNOW implementation partner to ensure seamless coordination,
effective communication, and timely project execution. Manage vendor
relationships and deliverables.
- Change Management: Develop and implement
change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition from the
existing BMC Remedy system to the ServiceNow platform. Drive user adoption
and engagement across all countries and operating sites.
- Process Mapping: Conduct thorough process
scope analysis to define high-level processes and functionalities within
the SNOW implementation, including Incident Management, Problem Management,
Change Management, Service Request, Asset Management, Configuration
Management, and more.
- Application Scope: Oversee the
implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM Application, ensuring alignment with
IT service management processes and strategic goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks
and challenges associated with the implementation, and develop effective
mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address issues in a
timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and
reliability of the ServiceNow implementation by adhering to best
practices, standardized workflows, and industry standards. Conduct regular
reviews and quality checks.

Qualifications and Skills:
| - Bachelor's degree in Business,
Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading and managing
complex IT projects, with a specific focus on ServiceNow implementations.
- Architecture Accrediation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms and
methodologies, particularly the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology
(SIM).
- Strong understanding of IT service
management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management,
Change Management, and more.
- Excellent project management skills,
including scope management, timeline adherence, and budget control.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and
communication skills.
- Vendor management experience and the
ability to drive successful partnerships.
- Change management and user adoption
expertise within IT implementations.
- Problem-solving aptitude and analytical
thinking.
- A proactive approach to identifying and
addressing risks.
- Project management certification (PMP,
PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.
