Finance Operations Tower Lead

Key Responsibilities: 

• Overall ownership of Finance delivery, SLA adherence, governance, and transformation roadmap for Customer South Africa.
• Oversee financial controls and compliance (IFRS, SOX, SARS).
• Approve automation roadmap and process-improvement initiatives. 
• Manage client governance, SLAs, audits, and escalations. 
• Lead all Finance towers (Revenue, Expenditure, Tax, ERA, R&A, Transformation). 

Qualifications: 

• CA(SA) or CIMA-qualified finance professional.
• Prior leadership in BPO or GBS with SAP ECC/S4 exposure.
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in shared services or finance operations.
